The purpose of a
missionary internship is to place you in an assignment where you can
exercise spiritual gifts and ministry skills in the context of a
people group This partnership provides a win/win situation for both interns and the experienced missionary/pastor who serves as a coach and mentor. Interns benefit from walking alongside the experienced missionary and being coached by someone who has wisdom that has been accumulated through years of experience. The missionary benefits from the new ideas and the enthusiasm of the interns as well as the many ways the interns can assist with the day-to-day responsibilities of ministry.
