RMM's Missionary Internships
A ministry development system
 

A prerequisite for a missionary internship assignment is the completion of a program that combines a Discipleship Training School (DTS) and cross-cultural outreach in a team setting (e.g. REACH). An applicant who has not participated in REACH or similar program may be asked to attend a cross-cultural orientation (two or three weeks).  An in-depth interview and evaluation will be required.

An internship assignment with RMM also requires: spiritual and emotional maturity, evidence of actively exercising the spiritual disciplines, willingness to submit to authority, an identifiable call to missions or service, and willingness to enter into a mentoring relationship.
