Awesomeness!!
Well, I was thinking about posting more pictures but im not sure what happened the last time. The way they showed up on here is not the way they were suppose to look. So, i will try to work on that for another week. Sorry about the inconvience.
Things have been busy but quite good here. We just finished up with the Prayer Conference. It was a very good weekend. I think everyone who attended left encouraged, changed, and challenged. God met us here and it was good.
We got our new furnisher this week!!! That was an exciting day! We now have a girls and guys lounge, a lounge upstairs by the fireplace, and a staff lounge. Well that isn't new furnisher but we didn't have the lounge until last week. There is always plenty to do here with cleaning and making beds and preparing for groups. We are kept busy but its good. We have still been going to our outreaches. I love going to youth group on Wednesday Nights. Each week that I go i like it more and more. Pastor Paul is planning to start a series on Prayer so im sure that will be very good. This past week we played kick ball and then had pizza. It was good just to hang out with the kids and get to know them better. I really enjoyed it.
There are only a few weeks left until City Challenge and I am super exctied. I know that God is going to do some awesome things in so many lives. We have been prepareing in different ways in the past couple weeks and will continue to do so.
We are also planning to go on a missions trip to Detroit as a Staff. I think that it is safe to say that we are all looking forward to that. It will be the first week of May. So please just keep us in your prayers about that and as we continue to do work here. Thanks!
